About This Role

This position supports the development and execution of influencer content campaigns from start to finish, including attending brainstorming sessions, coordinating documents, working on post-production reports, and assisting with video editing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Support the Content Manager in developing and executing influencer content campaigns
  • Attend meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss campaign ideas and strategies
  • Coordinate and file documents, invoices, contracts, and other campaign-related materials
  • Assist with post-production reporting and video editing
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, advertising, public relations, or digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the Content Producer on creating engaging content for TotallyAwesome Squad shoots
  • Act as a production assistant and runner on set
  • Create eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos
  • Provide social media support for TotallyAwesome Squad
