Your Next Opportunity We're on the lookout for a Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our Hervey Bay Holidays site.
Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay is ideally located in Torquay, just a short stroll from the beach and lakeside, offering a relaxed coastal setting with easy access to Fraser Island and Hervey Bay's iconic whale watching experiences.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in being the welcoming face of our park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents

This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
Keep the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
Coordinate with maintenance and site management to keep everything running smoothly.
You're Likely a Match If You Enjoy delivering warm, welcoming customer service.
Have hospitality or tourism experience.
Are confident with Microsoft and booking systems, or eager to learn.
Work well in a team and have strong attention to detail.
Have a current 'c' class driver's licence You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
