We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our high-performing People Team. Based in our brand-new Perth CBD office, this is a dynamic, high-impact role that offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation processes that directly support the success of our operations

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment Support**
- Assist with initial phone screening during high-volume recruitment periods.
- Promote job vacancies on LinkedIn and Facebook with engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Prepare and send offers and employment contracts promptly.
- Provide general admin support to the Recruitment Specialist.
- Coordinate and complete onboarding tasks, including the distribution of induction materials and ensuring new hires are set up for a smooth start.

**Compliance & Pre-Employment**
- Schedule medicals and drug/alcohol testing; follow up on outstanding results.
- Issue and track psychometric assessments (e.g. Predictive Index).
- Follow up on outstanding compliance items (e.g. licences, work rights).
- Conduct reference checks and document outcomes.

**Relocation Coordination**
- Liaise with relocating employees, outlining required steps and tracking progress.
- Follow up on forms, quotes, and documentation to meet mobilisation timelines.
- Coordinate with site HR to ensure temporary accommodation availability.
- Track relocation expenses and maintain alignment with budget.

**Qualifications** What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting recruitment within a lean, fast-paced environment—ideally as part of a broader HR or People Team function
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
