**_The Opportunity:_**

Techforce urgently require an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator with potential for ongoing work with our client. This is a Perth based role monday to friday. You will be directly reporting to the general manager running and coordinating the day to day recruitment and mobilisation activities for all personnel. Pay rate from $45 to $50 an hour depending on experience.

**The ideal person for this role will have a minimum of the following experience;**
- Qualification in Business Administration
- 2 years' experience in a customer focus role
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
- Experience with FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP mobilisation process
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Valid Drivers License "C" Class

**Your daily duties will include the following;**
- Organise, attend and minute resourcing planning meetings with General Manager, Operations Managers (QLD & WA), Project Managers.
- Organise all Project mobilisation arrangements (i.e. documentation, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and plant hire, medicals, training, inductions, PPE, etc.) for both internal and Contractors.
- Updating database
- Communicate with both clients and third parties on resourcing requirements.
