About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team.

This is a crucial role that involves coordinating and managing all aspects of employee mobilisation, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements. The successful candidate will ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of employees to project sites.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a site mobilisation role, managing multiple client requirements simultaneously. They will also possess construction or mining industry experience, as well as exposure to various software packages such as Pronto, INX, ERMS.

In this role, you will coordinate ad hoc travel requirements for corporate personnel, review and administer the collection of all incoming recruitment documentation, and cross-check for compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee mobilisation.
  • Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to project.
  • Book required site-specific or role-specific training for new starters.
  • Coordinate ad hoc travel requirements for corporate personnel as required.
  • Review and administer the collection of all incoming recruitment documentation and cross-check for compliance.
