We are currently seeking an experienced Perth-based Recruitment and Mobilisation Administrator. This role will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating efficient aftercare for new employees being on-boarded with one of our major clients, ensuring that employees arrive at site compliant and in a timely manner.

**The position**
- Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required.
- Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation, including coordinating inductions, documentation, and communication with sites when the internals are ready to be rostered to their new site.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a central point of contact for ERMS-related inquiries and provide timely and effective communication.
- Project Admin support to the leadership team

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in a mobilisation role within the mining, construction, hospitality, or resource industry.
- Experience with ERMS is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Capacity to think outside the box, bringing new ways of doing things
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing demands while delivering accurate and timely high-volume mobilisation support
