Strategic Growth: You'll take ownership of national sales targets, craft business development strategies that disrupt the market and then deliver on them.

Client Ownership: You'll maintain and grow relationships with major mining clients, becoming their go-to for attachments advice, solutions and next-generation gear.
You're not just selling, you're embedding Schlam as the first and only choice.
Expert Positioning: You'll cement yourself as a subject matter expert, someone who understands every detail of buckets, trays and haulage systems, and can turn that technical mastery into commercial advantage.
Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with account managers, engineers and product teams, you'll be the bridge between what the market demands and what Schlam delivers.

About You
You're ambitious, confident and driven by results.
You've worked in mining, capital equipment or mobile equipment manufacturing, and you understand the scale of what's at stake in this industry.
