In this pivotal in-office based role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.Your duties will include, but not be limited to:Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasksMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and filesProvide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional mannerSupport the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as requiredAbout YouAlong with a strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role at a minimum, you'll have/be:Full Australian working rights or be a permanent residentPrevious finance/ bank experience preferred but not essentialStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracyA current Police Check - or complete one pre-start dateProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quicklyA team player with a positive and collaborative attitudeHow to ApplyIf you feel that this role is the next step for you please apply via SEEK today ?
