About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner

You will also be responsible for supporting the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
  • Previous finance/banking experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly
  • A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
