Job Title: Finance Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused finance support officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to our skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

As a finance support officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting finance brokers with client inquiries, supporting documentation, and loan settlement tasks.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for supporting the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administration or clerical role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new financial software systems quickly.
