
Administrative Finance Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organised Finance Support Officer to join our dynamic team in our Townsville office. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation, and loan settlement tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role at a minimum
- Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly
- A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
