About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a full-time 
Finance Broker Support Officer
 to join the dynamic team in our Townsville office. In this pivotal in-office based role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role at a minimum, you'll have/be:

  • Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
  • Previous finance/ bank experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A current Police Check - or complete one pre-start date
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new financial software systems quickly
  • A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
