The Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) is a transformational public transport project that will bring more trains to your suburb and reduce travel times by running the busy Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury lines through a new tunnel. By untangling the City Loop, more trains can run more often across Melbourne.

We've finished digging twin 9km tunnels, and construction is underway on 5 new stations and testing of the new High Capacity Signalling system that will enable turn-up-and-go services.

**Passenger Experience Coordinator** to join the MTP Team.

**The Role**

We are seeking a passionate Passenger Experience Coordinator to join the Metro Tunnel Project to support the project in coordinating and planning rail replacement services to provide a safe and optimal passenger experience during planned occupations within the Metro Disruption Schedule.

This role is a
**fulltime, permanent.**:

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support project planning for Metro Tunnel Project's planned occupations schedule, including passenger experience outcomes, disruption managementplans, and the needed transport requirements to support Metro Tunnel's works.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to influence and negotiate outcomes that improves the passenger experience during planned occupations.
- Provide insights on previous projects and maintain all reports to streamline processes
- Support planned occupation forecasting with data analysis tools to understand patronage, financial, and transport trends.
- Ensure financial estimates for the Passenger Experience Disruption component of planned occupations
- Participate in risk assessments focusing on passenger, staff, services and facilities.

**About You**
- Experience in negotiating key outcomes whilst maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in working across a multidisciplinary organisation with a range of different stakeholder groups
- Previous experience and understanding of transport scheduling (e.g., road, rail or air) will be advantageous
- Understand and implement project planning skills around cost efficiency programs, safety management and risk assessment
- Experience implementing(?) passenger experience activities
- Hold a Level 1 Train Track Awareness and Construction Induction Card (White Card), or able to obtain.
