We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our airport operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft.

\

This is a fast-paced and safety-focused team environment where you will work collaboratively with others whilst being focused on delivering safe and efficient services on behalf of airlines. The work hours are variable to meet airline schedules, and include early starts, late finishes and weekends.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft\
  • Work collaboratively with others in a dynamic environment\
  • Deliver safe and efficient services on behalf of airlines\
  • Meet airline schedules while maintaining a safe and efficient service\
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service\
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge\
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment\
  • Adhere to Swissport's policies and procedures\
  • Perform other duties as required\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment\
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills\
  • Physical capability to handle passenger baggage and manoeuvre wheelchairs as required\
  • Driver's license\
