Customer Service Officer

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the role of Customer Service Officer. This is a casual position that requires a high level of customer service focus and a team player mindset.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to traveling passengers
  • Assisting passengers with queries relating to moving through the airport
  • Managing passenger flow at screening points to minimize queuing times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (criminal history clearance)
  • A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility in work hours with availability 24/7
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
