**Customer Service Excellence: A Dynamic Role**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless check-in experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate safely and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Welcome passengers at the terminal counter and verify ticket information.
  • Issue boarding passes and educate passengers on airport security procedures and luggage allowances.
  • Direct passengers to the correct gate for their flight.
  • Represent the airline with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the safe and secure operation of all equipment.
  • Perform boarding gate duties and passenger marshalling duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Experience in the Aviation/Airline industry (desirable).
  • Relevant air transport training modules and courses.
  • Empathy and a caring approach to dealing with people.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Customer focus to deliver exceptional service.

Essential Requirements:

  • Health and Safety Training.
  • Manual Handling Procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills.
  • Proficient in report writing, in plain and clear English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate skills for Microsoft Office Suite.
