Recently named one of Australia's fastest-growing startups by the AFR, we're now entering our next stage of growth.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta and other emerging channels. You'll work directly with the founders, have the autonomy to test ideas and the resources to scale what works.
What you'll doPlan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platformsManage budgets, track ROI, and report on performanceTrack and improve acquisition metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS) dailyExperiment with new growth channels and creative strategiesCollaborate with the team to turn ideas into measurable resultsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and opportunities
What we're looking forProven track record in running high-performing paid campaigns3 years of performance marketing experience in a startupHands-on experience with Google Ads and MetaData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, constantly seeking ways to optimise and automate for better resultsComfortable creating ads yourself or working with a designer to quickly test and iterate new creatives
