**About the role**
If you love helping people and variety then this is a fantastic role where you are focused on supporting Customers within the RESOURCES business with Customer activity including reporting, disputes, data updates, new account process queries, invoicing and other general enquiries. This role supports the Operations Analyst Resources role to ensure full coverage of tasks and will include;
**Within this Operations Analyst role you will**:
- Work closely with the Resources Operations Analyst to support key Resources customers in their day to day activities
- Regular and ad hoc reporting ensuring accuracy & timely delivery to Customers & internal stakeholders.
- Attend and participate in relevant team meetings
- Escalation point for reconciliation issues.
- Dispute Resolution activity - direct customer and internal communication.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure Customer requirements are completed accurately & in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely upload of files and resolution of any issues that may impact this
- Back up for the Operations Analyst as required.
- Project support as required.
**About you**
You will be a team player who is customer obsessed and have previous experience in dealing with complexity and ambiguity to deliver customer focused outcomes. You will have high attention to detail, have excellent communication and time management skills. You will have Basic knowledge of the End to End (E2E) Order to Cash (OtC) process.
Form a technology perspective you will ideally have the following;
- MS Office:
- PowerPoint: Intermediate
- Excel: Advanced
- Word: Advanced
- JDE: Exposure would be beneficial
- Power BI: Exposure would be beneficial
- Salesforce: Exposure would be beneficial
- Customer Obsessed
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of the End to End (E2E) Order to Cash (OtC) process
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong self-management skills including the ability to work autonomously & virtually.
