Job Summary:

Support the Employee Lifecycle

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to management.

  • Manage HR processes within our system to support employee inquiries for all staff.
  • Assist hiring managers with recruitment activities, including posting advertisements and reviewing compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users regarding our HR system.
  • Manage relevant HR inboxes and act as the first point of contact for employees via phone and ServiceNow.

You will bring your attention to detail, ability to navigate HR systems, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. A team player who can manage competing tasks and prioritise work in time-critical environments will thrive in this role.

Your Qualifications:
  • A background in HR administration or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
