HR Services Delivery Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our People Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the delivery of timely, accurate and reliable HR support to managers and employees across the organization.

As an HR Assist Officer, you will be responsible for responding directly to general HR enquiries in an efficient, effective and customer-focused manner. You will also be required to triage queries to specialist HR areas within the organization or regional HR areas where required and provide administrative support to the People Services team.

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service experience, solid knowledge of contemporary human resources practices and demonstrated administrative skills. A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is highly desirable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in a collaborative environment and contribute to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

  • Acknowledge, respond to and follow-up queries from managers and employees relating to HR policies and processes within acceptable and established timeframes.
  • Respond to first level general HR queries including payroll, recruitment, learning and development, performance, health, safety and wellbeing, workplace relations, leave and other entitlements and track their query through to resolution.
