Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished construction professional to lead our project team in delivering a large infrastructure project based in Queensland.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the construction team to deliver the project to programme and budget
Direct and coordinate the operation of the project construction to achieve set objectives for safety, cost, programme, quality and environmental performance
Develop and implement effective strategies to manage project risks and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
A degree qualification in engineering or a related field
Significant experience in relevant construction management roles, including prior experience working for major civil contractors
High level of technical understanding and experience in technically complex engineering projects with a particular focus on heavy concrete structures
Genuine commitment to safety and a proactive approach to safety processes and practices on site
