Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in new build commercial and industrial projects valued above $10M.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project success.
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager on commercial or industrial new build projects valued at $10M+.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
