**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee our construction operations on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing high-quality local trades
  • Coordinating with local authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance
  • Raising purchase orders and monitoring costs
  • Developing and implementing project schedules and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reporting back to senior management any issues or concerns
  • Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and Environmental regulations are followed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the project home building industry
  • Excellent references and track record of success
  • Strong working knowledge of OHS, Building Code for QLD, and computer literacy skills
