Change
team, located in
Canberra
. As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting people to adopt and embed changes into their day to day. You will be a part of a team who are passionate about helping clients with all types of change; transformational change, incremental change, technology change, organisational change, cultural change and more.
In this role, you will create value by:
Grow your change management, learning and development and continuous improvement skills
Be a part of client-facing consulting teams that bring together people with varied skillsets to deliver solutions for our clients
Analyse change impacts, develop change management plans, and deliver change management activities
Report on change adoption and stakeholder engagement
You may be already a Change Management professional looking to grow your skills, someone involved in delivering transformation (e.g. Project Coordinator, Communications Officer or Business Analyst) who wants to grow a career in change management, or a consultant looking to specialise in change management.
No matter your current role, we are looking for people who are collaborative and enjoy working as a team. You will have a growth mindset – interested in asking questions, challenging thinking, and bringing new ideas to the table.
We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and grow their change management skills. You may have some existing experience in supporting an organisation to make change, although this is not essential. This could include:
Identifying change impacts for end users
Drafting communication products (e.g. emails, intranet sites, presentations)
Engaging with stakeholders to prepare people for change
Collaborating within project teams to deliver change
Developing training materials and updated processes
As a permanent member of our team, you'll have the chance to develop your change management skills and experience, and advance your career as a change consultant. You'll also benefit from mentorship by industry leaders, helping you build on your existing expertise.
