Analyst, Documentation (12-month fixed term contract)

**About the role**:
In this role, you will assist the Operational Support & Documentation Operations team by proactively executing the daily duties of the team and by supporting the Supervisor and Manager of the team as and when required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Register, process, scan and file all documentation
- Prepare various documentation reconciliations for Management and Head Office
- Signature verify documentation received from customers and other MUFG departments
- Opening, maintenance and closing of AUD Vostro accounts for MUFG Branches and Subsidiaries
- Record cash and cheque deposits in the OTC AUD Cash Register located in DPS
- Daily cheque reading including signature verification
- Maintain the customer database
- Process unposted items, special answers, stop payments and inward/outward dishonoured cheques
- Monitor overdrawn accounts
- Register deposit and cheque book orders on a weekly basis and prepare the order for the printer
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for circulation to Management and assist in recording monthly statistics
- Provide a high level of service in relation to internal and external customers

**What w** **e are looking for**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with about 1 years' experience working in a documentation focused role, ideally within banking or compliance. You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy and time management skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and can pick things up quickly. You will be flexible and have good communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions.
