**About the role**:
In this role, you will assist the Operational Support & Documentation Operations team by ensuring all manual statements are delivered to customers accurately, securely and within time commitments. You'll proactively execute the daily duties of the team and support the Documentation Supervisor and Manager when required.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Create and send daily, weekly, and monthly statements to customers.
- Update the customer master file with contact information.
- Provide administrative support, scanning, printing, filing, and archiving documents and records.
- Collect, check, and coordinate storage of documents. Ensure file storage areas are kept safe and well maintained.
- When required, carry out additional duties or projects for the team.
- Ensure strict adherence of Australian, New Zealand and Japanese AML and KYC regulations for customer identification and documentation requirements as outlined in the Bank's Anti-Money Laundering policy.
**What we are looking for**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with approximately 1 years' experience working in an operations role, ideally within banking or compliance.
You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy and time management skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and can pick things up quickly. You will be flexible and have good communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions.
