**About the role | Fulltime 12mth Fixed Term Contract**
Reporting to the Collections & Operations Manager and working collaboratively within the Operations team, this position is responsible for the delivery of customer outcomes related to the administration and management of deceased and protected estates matters; and operational outcomes in the administrative and operational functions of the Lending Operations Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Operations Officer with a strong customer service and administrative background and continuous improvement practices to join Greater Bank.
**Duties of the position include**:
- Proactive end to end management of deceased and protected estate matters including documentation, transactions, account variations and/or the settlement of funds
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders concerning the management and administration of deceased and protected estates
- Provide advice and assistance to internal stakeholders dealing with deceased and protected estate matters
- Support the administration and governance requirements of the Lending Operations intranet content and procedure documentation
- Oversee expenses and reconciliations for unit, including reconciliations of internal and customer accounts, and invoicing
- Administration of post funding customer requests and loan variations/adjustments
- Prompt management of incoming requests, including status updates for internal and external customers in relation to enquiries

- Experience working at a professional level with individual accountability for outcomes
- Ability to manage workloads in a busy environment and meet agreed timeframes
- High attention to detail with the ability to accurately prepare documents in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy/skills
- Collaborative and self-motivated approach, with initiative to resolve issues as they arise
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in a relevant field such as Administration, Legal,or Account Administration
- Experience working in a relevant industry such as Finance or Banking (desirable)
- Experience in the management and administration of deceased and protected estates (desirable)
