Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our medical centre.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Operational Management

  • Manage daily operations of the medical centre
  • Staff rostering and supporting team members, Doctors, and Local Partners
  • Manage incoming and outgoing expenses and reporting to the Management Team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in General Practice environment or high-level practice administrative position advantageous
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate
  • Knowledge of Medicare item numbers and understanding of medical terminology
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills, commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct, and ability to empathise with patients

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Best practice Software and Microsoft office
  • Passion for working with people and personable disposition
