As a Lancôme Business Manager, you'll be at the forefront of representing one of the most prestigious beauty brands in the world. You'll be responsible for cultivating a luxurious and engaging customer experience while driving sales and exceeding business goals.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed sales targets, manage inventory effectively, and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth. Your entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen will be instrumental in achieving success
- Immerse clients in the world of Lancôme by providing exceptional customer service, personalized consultations, and expert product knowledge. Build lasting relationships and cultivate client loyalty
- Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving beauty landscape. Implement innovative marketing strategies, leverage digital platforms, and embrace new technologies to enhance the customer journey
- Embody the elegance and sophistication of Lancôme. Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and ensure the Lancôme brand image is consistently reflected in all aspects of the business

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of Lancôme products and values
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
