Overview Senior Lease Administrator role at CBRE Asia Pacific in a client-facing capacity within the Property Management team. Responsible for comprehensive lease administration for a strategic office/industrial portfolio, with a focus on lease compliance, lease clauses, outgoings, and tenancy requirements, and managing property expense payments.
Responsibilities Work collaboratively within the Lease Administration team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile office and industrial leases
Review tenant details including but not limited to tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews
Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system and chase arrears when required
Liaise with key stakeholders on tenancy lease incentives and administer that component of the incentive granted to a tenant as required
Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss lease setups, ensuring that all information is provided and recorded in the system
Complete tenant
