**About the Opportunity**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven
**performance reporting manager** to join our performance reporting, analytics and insights team. Reporting to the Senior manager, Performance Reporting, the Financial Performance Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation and consolidation of the executive performance reports, and the design and development of contemporary dashboards and reporting solutions.
This is a role that will provide an opportunity to test your innovation skills and tailor your approach to the needs of our customers.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Drive the innovation and automation of Executive performance reports/dashboards at cluster level
- Partner with divisional finance teams and business stakeholders to develop standardised and automated divisional management reports
- Delivering robust, high quality and insightful presentations, written reports and briefings to the Finance Leadership Team and senior business stakeholders
- Supporting the senior manager in project managing the team initiatives, and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Developing templates, processes and procedures for regular reporting requirements including maintenance of the financial risks and opportunities register
- Managing continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Supporting the month end reporting activities and ad-hoc queries
**About You**
You are a self-motivated, results-driven and detail-orientated individual, with the ability to turn data into visual insights and into recommendations.
- significant experience in reporting transformation projects in large complex organisations including report/dashboard design, development and standardisation
- At least 3-5 years' FP&A/group performance reporting experience in a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced financial modelling/excel skills and skills in other MS Office tools
- Experience in reporting, analytical and data visualisation tools preferred (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (I.E) report writing/presentation development.
- Strong relationship management skills, and proven ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes
- Positive, resilient and agile, combined with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Degree qualified Accountant with CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
