**The Opportunity**

The Divisional FP&A Manager, Corporate Markets is part of the Corporate Markets Finance global leadership team. The role has accountability to bring together the Corporate Markets performance and outlook narrative and ensuring the CEO and CFO Corporate Markets are aware of material opportunities and risks as they emerge during the year.

Working alongside the CFO, Corporate Markets in this leadership position, this role will take ownership of the divisional reporting, short
- and long-term planning process and cycles. This role will lead the development of the central FP&A processes and be responsible for the design, coordination and consolidation of the total division financial result and plans.

**Key elements of the role**
- Drive continuous improvement across all FP&A activities, such as reporting and forecasting activities working closely with the Regional FP&A teams.
- Key contributor to the long-term plan for Corporate Markets by developing strategic insights and analysis to support decisions for sustainable profitability.
- Lead the design and build of 5-year strategic planning model
- Lead the development of high-quality Division wide analysis that can also be used by the CFO Corporate Markets or Executives, to explain business performance to the different Board structures or for Investor presentations.
- Financial lead on consolidation of the Corporate Markets P&L, setting an effective month-end timetable in collaboration with the Financial Controller, Corporate Markets, that supports timely review and analysis of performance.
- Main point of contact with Corporate Finance with respect of Corporate Markets divisional reporting
- Maintain a central register of material risks, benefits and opportunities and work with the regional FP&A heads to ensure these are closely managed.
- Define the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process including timetable, required inputs/outputs and manage through with the Regional FP&A teams
- Partnering with the Group Finance Systems team to develop reporting capability within the Global ERP and TM1
- Partnering with Global Financial Controller to review and improve the effectiveness of the chart of accounts to support both business performance reporting and statutory reporting
- Support the CFO Corporate Markets with projects, business cases and M&A activity as required
- Actively grow a high performing culture across the business and role model the Link values
- Ensure full adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and the good conduct of the businesses, maintaining ongoing compliance and upholding the reputation of Link Group

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 7+ years of experience across Financial Services or similar years of experience in FP&A
- Strong people skills, inspiring confidence and motivating others at different levels across the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly business writing, able to communicate key points concisely and tailor outputs appropriately to different audiences.
- Very strong organisational skills demonstrated in an FP&A leadership position
- Knowledge and experience in dealing within a regulatory environment, including a sound understanding of key regulatory regimes in the jurisdiction in which Link Group operates.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution.
- Flexible and responsive, able to work to tight deadlines within a global, complex and matrixed environment.
- Extensive experience working with cube based Financial Planning, Business Intelligence tools and ERP systems
- Extensive management accounting experience, working in a large corporate with multiple legal entities, divisions and cost centres
- Demonstrated success of proactively driving continuous process improvement
