Divisional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior leader to take on the role of Divisional Manager for our Surgery & Anaesthetics Division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership, governance, and resource management across the Surgical & Anaesthetic's Division
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director/s and Nurse Manager/s to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Participate in the Executive On-Call roster

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior management role within a complex healthcare environment and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management or related fields. They should possess a comprehensive knowledge of National, State, and Local Health District Policy directions and have proven capacity to work cooperatively with other staff and practitioners in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior management role within a complex healthcare environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management or related fields
  • Comprehensive knowledge of National, State, and Local Health District Policy directions
  • Proven capacity to work collaboratively in a complex team environment
