**The Role & The Team**:
**As the International Engagement Coordinator**, you will be a key point of contact for the International Engagement Manager, working with internal and external stakeholders, managing the flow of materials, and providing secretariat and administrative support to international and internal meetings.

This key support role will provide logístical support and reporting associated with Airservices International Engagement work programs. You will also provide administrative support to other business groups within the Chief Customer and External Relations Officer (CCERO) function as required.
- The International Engagement Coordinator key responsibilities include:_
- The delivery of administrative activities and processes to support the International Engagement Program and other functions of the CERO. This includes, but is not limited to: monitoring and processing, correspondence; answering telephone calls; secretariat support; reviewing action item registers; coordinating travel; expenses; and maintaining filing systems.
- To maintain relevant business, administrative, corporate systems and processes within the branch and undertake analysis of administrative processes and activities to identify, recommend and implement (as appropriate) actions to deliver continuous improvement.
- Working closely with members of the CERO leadership team to ensure there is a consistent approach and purpose in all work undertaken to achieve business excellence.
- A strong service delivery ethic, a focus on the systematic continuous improvement of business and administrative activities together with a need to build effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

**The Person**:
The successful applicants will have:

- A minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor, coordinate, and schedule multiple tasks and the demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible to changing requirements.
- Demonstrated use of initiative and responsiveness in managing tasks to ensure work plans and programs are delivered within the required timeframes.
- Proven ability to exercise initiative, work well under pressure, review and meet deadlines, set priorities, and work accurately as well as both collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues using sound judgement.
- Strong communication, written and oral skills with excellent attention to detail and proven experience in successful liaison with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
- Experience in use of enterprise-wide business systems to management workflow processes (e.g., travel booking systems, procure-to-pay).
- Qualifications in office management, business administration or a related field is desirable.
