**About You**:
You are an experienced and commercially savvy Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist who uses data to inform commercial decision making and strategy With 2-3 years of experience as an analyst (or similar) you can see the 'wood from the trees' looking at the big business picture, you are passionate about developing strategies that will help a business achieve business growth.
**About the Role**:
You will be the primary owner of the marketing analytics platform and optimisation activities, including the establishment and maintenance of key number collection, monitoring, alerting, and reporting, as well as the detailed and ongoing A/B Testing framework. You will build a framework of activity that is driven from the key digital number insights and which focuses on optimising the key conversion points across the companies websites.
**Responsibilities**:
- Champion commercial outcomes and business growth, owning the response and execution of opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain a benchmark for CRO performance measures
- Champion the migration from the company's bespoke reporting platform through to to GA4
- Build a framework of activity that focuses on optimising the key conversion points across the company's web sites
- Carry out a busy, organised, and effective A/B Testing regime
- Undertake hands-on work including detailed modelling, analysis, and report building
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Product, and BI) to identify data requirements that will help drive CRO initiatives and ensuing commercial results
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years' experience working in Marketing Analytics/data insights/commercial analyst types of roles
- 2 years' experience in setting up and managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AB Testing Platforms (i.e. Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Proven experience in developing customer insights and commentary on customer behaviour-focused data sets
- SQL and Tableau experience would be highly regarded
**Salary**: $140-160k + super (commensurate with experience).
