Our business is all about people, we've been around since 2014 and have complete over 12,000 A/B tests and over 530 full scale CRO Programs.

About the Role
As a UX & Conversion Strategist, your main focus will be to build great relationships and use your experience, vision and strategic skills to analyse data, think up solutions, communicate, collaborate, influence and then execute A/B tests (and other outputs depending on your vision and the client goals) as you find a way achieve your clients' website performance goals.
We work in a variety of industries and no business is ever the same, therefore, a businesses website, channels of traffic, internal teams and users are always unique to them – it's our job to think about all of this critically, follow our tried-and-tested processes, understand what the real problems are and work cross-functionally to execute A/B tests and workstreams to move the needle and achieve success.

- You'll be a good and confident verbal communicator
- You'll be an equally good written communicator
- You'll be somebody who might not always have the answers, but can stay level-headed, won't tell white lies and will find a way
- You'll strive to do work you're proud of
- You'll be located around Brisbane (our office) or based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or other key cities.
Key focus areas of the role
- Building client relationships
- Working with our CX team to guide and lead the research phase
- Understanding and translating insights from research phases to develop Optimisation Plans
- Leading and executing the CRO Program for clients working with their team and our internal Data, CX, Design and Development teams
Some things you'll work on
- Defining problems and creating hypothesis based on existing data
- Writing test concepts
- Communicating/visualising concepts
- Preparing key documents (sheets, docs, slides)
- Prioritising backlogs
- Reports
- & more
Renumeration, benefits & work arrangements
- Package based on experience but comprised of salary (starting: $70K-$90K) and bonus
- 1 RDO (non-annual leave day off) each month
