An exciting opportunity to proactivity implement continued improvements to processes across estimating to address workflow. BOQ, Tenders and price file efficiency.

Previous experience in large scale medium density construction an the ability to produce rigorous initial pricing that can carry through to the construction phase.

Schedule and hold monthly training sessions to all estimating staff.

Develop and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with administrators and related team members to ensure estimating support is provided that results in improved workflow from Sales.
- Understanding of medium density construction.
- Production of detailed and timely BOQs.
- Knowledge of proprietary estimating software such as Procore or Cubit.
- Strong supplier and trade networks - respected in the industry and holding an ability to negotiate pricing.
- Ability to work together with production estimators and other BU staff.

Identifying the best fit supply chain solutions for the business is vital. A strong estimating manager that can lead a the team. Manage and maintain scope of works docs for subcontractors and supplier procurement.
