Senior Estimating Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team and drive business success. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely estimations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of overseas production estimators to meet business expectations.
- Foster a strong team culture and empower members to achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective estimating processes and procedures.
- Manage internal and external business relationships to drive growth and revenue.
- Report regular team updates to the Operations Manager.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Production or Sales Estimating role or prior estimating team leader/management level experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical working environment.
- Prior experience working for a volume home builder is a must.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process.
