Lumus Imaging is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Medical Receptionist/ Clerical in Charge to lead a passionate team at our Browns Plains clinic.
This full-time role offers the chance to manage a vibrant medical centre, support a team of receptionists, and work closely with the Imaging Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the administration team.
Train, mentor, and develop staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Oversee daily reception operations and clerical duties.
Deliver high-quality customer service and patient care.
Manage patient records, Medicare billing, and banking.
Collaborate with the site leadership team to support patients, staff, and Radiologists.
