This role is for an experienced Radiographer looking for their next career move.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience across CT, X-ray, Dental, and Bone Density modalities and be experienced in mentoring / managing.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both our patients and referrers.
Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff (a team of 7) under your supervision.

Take the next step in your career with us and make a difference in the lives of those we serve It is expected that a Radiographer In Charge at this level will continue in their technical role alongside their administrative responsibilities, so a thorough understanding of all modalities within the site is required.
Our Toowoomba Diagnostic Imaging clinic hours are Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm, with no weekend or on-call work.
We use the following machines at our clinic: CT GE Ascend Revolution, X-Ray Shimadzu, Bone Density Hologic.
We will also be onboarding an MRI machine to our clinic in 2025Your duties will include : Managing company KPIs specific to the role and contributing to site/regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
Ensuring operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical, and radiologist) and acting on directives from a State / National level.
Handling administration and clerical management (including IT).
People management at your site.
Escalating staffing requirements with relevant information to the Operations Manager.
Recruiting and selecting staff according to company procedures.
Identifying, arranging, or conducting training for the site and individuals.
Monitoring and managing staff performance (including probation and performance reviews).
Monitoring individual employees' classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development and advising the Operations Manager of relevant recommendations.
Requirements : Senior CT / General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with at least five years of post-qualification experience.
Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
Previous management experience is advantageous.
QLD Radiation License and AHPRA registration.
