Lumus Imaging is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Medical Receptionist to lead the team across two of our sites: Victoria Point and Beenleigh.

This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to support a team of dedicated Medical Receptionists, work closely with the Imaging manager and contribute to the smooth operation of these practices - all while delivering exceptional patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities

As Head Medical Receptionist you will oversea all aspects of administration including:

  • Staff Training, Mentoring and Development
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive culture

  • Managing all administration across both practices.

  • Delivering High quality customer service and care

  • General Clerical Duties
  • Patient record management
  • Medicare billing and banking
  • Collaborating with the site leadership team to support staff, patients, and the Radiologist.
