Job Overview:

A key leadership opportunity has emerged for an accomplished Radiographer In Charge to oversee daily operational services at a Diagnostic Imaging clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services for patients and referrers.

The ideal candidate will have experience across CT, X-ray, Dental, and Bone Density modalities, as well as mentoring and managing skills. They will provide guidance and leadership to a team of staff members under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company KPIs specific to the role and contribute to site/regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
  • Evaluate and improve operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical, and radiologist) and take action on directives from a State/National level.
  • Administer and manage administrative tasks (including IT).
  • Lead people management at the site.
  • Escalate staffing requirements with relevant information to the Operations Manager.
  • Select and train staff according to company procedures.
  • Identify, arrange, or conduct training for the site and individuals.
