**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
WOODCUT is on the hunt for a Warranty and Customer Relations Manager who specialises in maintaining warranties, reducing claim costs, maintaining relationships with clients in dispute & generating sales revenue for repairs and maintenance.

The Warranty Manager is the front-line representative which deals with warranty claims, product/service disputes and generates revenue from offering for product maintenance & refurbishment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inspect, analyse and report on projects with a warranty or defects claim
- Maintain relationships with clients that have a warranty and defects claims
- Resolve warranty & defects claims
- Reduce costs from claims
- Getting in contact with existing customers and offering floor maintenance & re-furnishment options
- Will involve off-site work

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience in flooring industry is desirable
- Timber knowledge ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Must have a valid driver's licence
