Position Overview:
We seek a motivated Warranty Administrator whose primary responsibility will be managing warranty claims. This role also includes reception duties and service advising as secondary functions. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their work, has strong multitasking abilities, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Administration:
  • Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.
  • Maintain precise records of warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate warranty coverage and claim status to customers.
  • Collaborate with the service department to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines.
  • Secondary duties providing reception and customer service support:
  • Greet and assist all visitors with a professional demeanour.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Assist the service department with customer inquiries and service advising as needed.
  • Assist with basic administration duties.

        About You:
        • Must have previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, service advisor or similar, wanting to develop new skills.
        • Obviously, Warranty experience candidates are encouraged to apply; however, you must be a people person and willing to assist with the reception and customer service duties.
        • Can show initiative, provide support when needed with customers
        • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
        • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is a plus.
        • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
        • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
        • A positive can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
