Work within our beautiful Studio M in Newcastle as a **Senior Interior Design Consultant**, supporting our excited customers and guide and support them through their home personalisation process, making selections for interior, exterior, products and finishes. Facilitate and oversee specialist product appointments, pricing and recording of selections.

Our Studio M selection centres are where we make customising new homes easy, convenient and fun We gather together an extensive range of product choices under the one roof for customers to explore and consider. Our professional Consultants provide expert knowledge and advice to guide our customer's selections along every step of the way.

Reporting to the Studio M Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and guiding customers through the home personalisation & selection process, including interior colours, finishes and fittings; kitchens and bathrooms; and street appeal and outdoor living
- Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with customer; whilst exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Develop effective relationships with key supply partners and actively promote their products
- Provide accurate, timely and detailed paperwork through to the Customer and Operations team; and
- Foster a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount, you will work effectively within a team and help create a positive culture with a strong desire for success.

- Completed or completing Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design
- Previous experience in a similar role / Suitable demonstrated experience
- Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; and
- Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
