About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Manager to lead our Sydney operations team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining our creative, dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and 5-star client experiences.
Lead, train, manage, and schedule a team of Assistants, maintaining high performance standards.
Uphold all TPS policies, procedures, and OH&S requirements.
Manage studio stock, equipment, facilities, and creative sets in consultation with the Head of Creatives.
Monitor and report on team performance, supporting continuous learning and development.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing monthly operational reports to CEO.
Responsible for the guidelines and procedures for file management and backup processes
About You
We are looking for a passionate industry professional with:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the photo, creative, or related industry.
Proven management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) across all levels of an organization.
Exceptional organizational abilities, motivation, and attention to detail.
PROVEN ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Creativity and awareness of current trends and pop culture.
Commitment to 5-star customer service and inclusive workplace values.
This role requires full working rights in Australia and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
