Studio Event Manager

Job Role:
- Coordinate, manage and provide support for live events in a studio environment.
- Prepare the studio for events and film shoots by setting up equipment and ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Balance studio maintenance with other competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Operate effectively under pressure and deliver results efficiently.
About the Position:
- We are seeking a motivated and creative individual with experience in event management, production or a related field.
- Successful candidates will have an understanding of key production stages, including consultation, preparation, live switching and post-production.

- Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- A genuine interest in technology and live event environments.
- A proactive and professional attitude.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, booking and coordinating activities in a studio environment.
- A commitment to ensuring the studio and equipment are ready for use at all times.
- Lighting, audio and technical skills are highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a dedicated video/film studio environment is also desirable.
