At The Photo Studio, we specialize in fashion photography for aspiring models, influencers, and personal transformations.Its not just about capturing images; it's about celebrating diversity, redefining beauty standards and empowering ordinary people.You will be joining our creative team of fashion photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and producers.The role:We are looking for Sales Consultant & Studio Host to work in our Sydney studio, who is passionate about fashion, modelling and photography.This role involves weekends.What you'll do :Greet clients in the studio & build strong relationshipsInspire our clients, understand their dreams and translate them into memorable experiencesExceed sales targets, meet KPIs and maintain the ethos of our brandCollaborate with the creative team to bring clients' vision to lifeHarness your creative flair and style to connect with our diverse clienteleExperience we are looking for :Sales experience with a flair for negotiation and communicationExceptional interpersonal skillsExperience in client facing roles which included problem solvingExperience with a CRM ( e.g. Hubspot) is a plusWhats in it for you :Work in a creative studio environment within a diverse creative teamCompetitive salary with commissions and bonusesTraining & DevelopmentOpportunities for collaboration including use of the creative spaceDare to dream big with us at The Photo Studio?
