About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Studio Manager
to lead our Sydney operations team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining our creative, dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and 5-star client experiences.
- Lead, train, manage, and schedule a team of Assistants, maintaining high performance standards.
- Uphold all TPS policies, procedures, and OH&S requirements.
- Manage studio stock, equipment, facilities, and creative sets in consultation with the Head of Creatives.
- Monitor and report on team performance, supporting continuous learning and development.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing monthly operational reports to CEO.
- Responsible for the guidelines and procedures for file management and backup processes
About You
We are looking for a passionate industry professional with:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the photo, creative, or related industry.
- Proven management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) across all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, motivation, and attention to detail.
- PROVEN ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Creativity and awareness of current trends and pop culture.
- Commitment to 5-star customer service and inclusive workplace values.
This role requires full working rights in Australia and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
