Flexible Working Arrangements.Employee Benefits Program including extensive salary packaging options.About The OpportunityOur Payments and Payroll Team, based in Melbourne CBD, are currently seeking a Payments and Payroll Consultant to join them.
In this role you will report to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:Preparation and issuance of Payroll Deduction Advice.Processing of received salary packaging and GST contributions.Processing daily payment batches.Processing payment returns and error reporting.Maintain Superannuation suppliers and associated payments.Maintain BSB database.Maintain Global supplier database.Management of PPO inboxes.Phone queries received into PPO managed phone lines.Processing of reimbursement claims (as required).
Adhere to Information Security Policy and procedures to ensure compliance within policy.About YouWe're looking for a motivated and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:Prior experience in the salary packaging industry is highly valued, though not essential.Experience in a payments or payroll role is required.A methodical approach with strong accuracy in processing documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.A professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.Driven, reliable, and proactive, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.Next StepsWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
